Attorney Neyda Cruz Najul was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico Law School in May 2014. Attorney Cruz was admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico in February 2015.
Attorney Cruz is a compassionate and dedicated attorney who uses her legal knowledge and passion for social justice to guide clients through the immigration process, keep them informed of constant changes and offers her clients immigration relieves when available. She has taken on the difficult task of preparing I-601, I-601A and I-212 waivers. She also possesses knowledge in most family-based immigration topics such as petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization and citizenship; among others.
